Goal of the Kettle Game
It’s a 4 week game of consistency! Build a habit by pausing communications to make space for focus, wellness, or learning something new.

How to earn Kettle Points
You earn points for Kettle usage as individuals and groups. Research shows that when starting a new habit, joining forces with partners increases success. Consistently using Kettle (and encouraging your group members to actively use it) will give you the best chance to earn the most points (more info about points below).

Points by session length
Automatically earn points by completing sessions of 25 minutes or more during the game timeframe. The longer the total time in sessions each day, the more you earn (up to a maximum of 300 points per day for 90 minutes)

*Sessions must be 25 minutes or more in length to be counted in the total. Maximum of 300 points per day for total session time of 90 minutes.

Habit Building Bonus
Extra points for each week with sessions on 3 or more days
3 days per week: 600
4 days per week: 900
5 or more days per week: 1,200
Consistency Bonus (per week)
Extra points for weeks in a row with 3 or more days per week
2 weeks in a row: 2,500
3 weeks in a row: 5,000
4 weeks in a row: 10,000

Group Total
Your group total is the total points of everyone in your group.

Completing sessions on at least 3 days per week gets you a big boost. 
For example, if you do 60 minute sessions for 4 weeks:
